Essential Oils 🌱At Planet B we have a passion for healing the mind and the body and in so doing perhaps they can lift the spirit too 🙌🏻.

Leigh has a depth of knowledge in areas including aromatherapy, reflexology and Swedish massage which she studied for 2 years.

The usual treatment in aromatherapy is massage where 1-3 drops of essential oil is added to a teaspoon of base oils. Both of which we sell here at Planet B 🌎.

For people who are wanting to try a more natural approach to cleaning, essentials oils are great to add to different homemade formulas to freshen up your home. If you need any help and advice we do actually sell a book all about natural home cleaning.

Base oils also are great for your beauty regimes. For example Argan oil is amazing for your hair. I particularly loved it when I was transitioning to a sulphate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner as I found it made my hair a little dry. Adding a touch of oil helped a lot.
